20m (approx.) wooden converted Motor Fishing Vessel (MFV) with ABC Marine diesel engine.

Notice under the Torts (Interference of Goods Act 1977) has been served on the owner of the above vessel in respect of outstanding mooring fees.
The period of notice is 90 days. After this time is elapsed and if the situation remains unresolved Preston Marina will become empowered to sell the vessel.

If the vessel comes for sale in this manner then the following will apply;

A description as comprehensive as we are able to produce, with photos and videos will be published on; www.mfv-preston.co.uk www.prestonmarina.co.uk www.theyachtmartket.co.uk and links to the description will be posted on multiple appropriate Facebook pages.

Viewings of the vessel will be available by prior appointment from this time.

Sealed written bids from interested parties are invited, detailing their best and final offer for the vessel as described. All bids will be considered as being to buy and are binding.

The party that submits the highest bid will purchase the vessel in accordance with the conditions of sale (which will be described in full on the description). The vessel will be sold free of all encumbrances.

Conditions of sale that will be in the description will include, but not be limited to, the following;

The vessel must leave Preston Marina in its entirety by March 31st 2023, by water.
Nothing may be removed from the vessel while it remains at Preston Marina.
There is no possibility of lifting the vessel from the water at Preston Marina.
