          RYA courses<\/h2>\n

          1. Application forms needs returning, with the fees before the closing date for application. If no closing date is stated it shall be 3 weeks prior to the start of your course.<\/li>\n
          2. Cheques should be made payable to \u201cPreston Marina\u201d and returned to the office.
            \nReceipts will be supplied on request to the office. Course places are not guaranteed.<\/li>\n
          3. Every attempt will be made to ensure your course actually runs. However, Preston Marina Training Centre reserves the right to cancel a course at any time where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to unsuitable conditions or insufficient numbers \u2013 in these circumstances Preston Marina Training Centre will offer an alternative course date or a full refund.<\/li>\n
          4. All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel one week or less before the start date of the course 100 per cent of the course fee will be retained.<\/li>\n
          5. Information on this form will be stored on a computer system in accordance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998<\/li>\n
