Preston Marine Services (PMS) – Tariff<\/h3><\/div>

Tariff from 21st October 2025 including VAT at 20% – subject to berth availability, application and acceptance.<\/p>\n

Boats must be kept in sound and seaworthy condition and capable of movement around the marina under own propulsion.<\/p>\n

This tariff supersedes all others of Preston Marine Services Ltd.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Semi-Residential Scheme<\/h4>\n

Semi-Residential Scheme (if vessel occupied more than 21 nights in every 3 months) = \u00a365 per person per month surcharge (inc. VAT). Extra occupants \u00a335 per person per month or \u00a32 per person\/day (Max. 4 occupants assuming boat is suitably rated.\u00a0\u00a0(PLEASE NOTE – WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW SEMI-RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS – CHARGES APPLY TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS ONLY)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Boatyard Storage and Hard Standing<\/h3>\n<\/div>

Boat Hard Standing<\/b>:\u00a0 25<\/b>% surcharge on pontoon rates <\/b>(= \u00a3300\/m per year if paid at start of contract).<\/p>\n

Annual pontoon berth-holders are entitled to 90 days hard-standing included in price, 6 month pontoon berth-holders are entitled to 30 days hard-standing (both exclude lifting & chocking).<\/p>\n

Regular overnight occupancy on boats ashore on the hard standing is not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Handling and Re-location in yard<\/h4>\n

All lifting is to be conducted by Preston Marine Services Ltd.\u00a0\u00a0 LIFTING CAPACITIES<\/strong>;\u00a0 12.2m length \/ 4.0m beam \/ 12.5 tons – any one feature.<\/p>\n

LIFTING RATES BELOW ARE FOR PRESTON MARINA LONG-TERM BERTH-HOLDERS ONLY (minimum berthing contract of 3 months). 25% surcharge for non long-term berth-holders.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PMS Cradle \/ Packing Charge<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For deep keeled vessels (or where deemed necessary by PMS) where extra equipment and\/or labour are required to securely pack such a vessel a one off charge of \u00a37\/metre (boat LOA) will be made.<\/p>\n
