"Avocet" is a basic example of this popular inland waters/river cruiser. She would benefit from some presentation work above and below decks.

Although its obvious that the boat has been on the UK Inland Waterways network at some point, it does not currently have a British Waterways Safety Certificate or cruising license, so these would need to be obtained by a new owner if cruising the BW network is the intention.
